Small and growing company seeks qualified professionals to do daily administrative tasks and office-related work. A good candidate should have all the necessary skills, requirements (listed below), and the motivation to own their daily tasks.
Make sure all patient’s files are completed and contact clients to provide the missing documents on their file. Coordinate with Patient Coordinators, the Accountant, Management, and patients regarding any files or issues.
Respond to texts, emails, and calls
Bookkeeping
Administrative Work
Work with office staff daily
Other Common Tasks Include:
Data entry
Supporting staff in various capacities
Faxing/Copying/Creating Documents
General Office Work
Communication with employees, vendors
Requirements:
Gmail
GSuites: Google Docs (MS Word), and Sheets (MS Excel)
CRM (Salesforce or ZOHO)
Understands and Experience with Various Internet Technologies
Skills:
Self-Motivated, Self-Starter
Great multi-tasker
Problem Solver
VERY organized
– VERY GOOD Communication Skills – Phone – Email
Manages time well
Works well independently and in a group setting
Reliable
Responsible
Takes initiative, goes the extra mile, and is open to new projects, tasks & opportunities
