ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant to join our growing team in our office in Mount Kuring-Gai for a full-time role. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to expand their skills and knowledge in an administrative role.

You will be a part of a small dynamic team and your daily duties will include entering sales orders from local and interstate customers, providing excellent customer service via email and phone calls, multitude of an administrative tasks and added support to fellow staff members.

With the business currently in a period of exponential growth we are seeking an experienced administrator who will elevate our team with forward thinking and initiative.

We are looking for someone to come with a fresh set of eyes and a background of administrative processing to contribute new ideas and strategies for our head office to maintain our growth trajectory.

This is a varied role with opportunities to support and gain experience in different departments including internal sales, Manufacturing, Accounts and Marketing.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Previous experience in an administrative role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Punctual and professional work place manner

Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and Outlook

A positive attitude with an energetic and hands-on approach to work

Thirst for knowledge – Cross training in numerous departments 

The ability to work independently and within a team with initiative to seek out opportunities to support team mates and develop processes and procedures to elevate our team

Experience in Sage X3 is desirable but not essential
