Our client, a private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a small team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, energetic, and able to coordinate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment using excellent judgment, flexibility, and foresight.

Position: Administrative Assistant

Salary: 80-100K DOE + Bonus Eligibility and Benefits

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide general admin support, including managing calendars, booking travel, and answering incoming calls.

Coordinate and manage calendars

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them

Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in business matters.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior executives, preferably within financial services.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office (i.e. Word, Excel and Power Point) and Concur.

Ability to work in a trading floor environment.

Detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines

Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Poised under pressure, proactive, and motivated.
