Norsan is a European-based health and nutrition company known for its high-quality Omega-3 supplements. As we expand our U.S. operations, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant (10 hours per week) to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to executives and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry
  • Support event coordination, office organization, and logistics
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or supplement industry
  • Familiarity with CRM or basic accounting systems is a plus
