Lunautica, the yacht support agency based in the Port of Nice, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our busy accounting team.
This is a full time, 7-month CDD position, starting immediately.

Your Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Assist with clients’ & suppliers’ invoice processing, data entry, and document management
- Handle correspondence (emails, calls, filing)
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows
- Perform general office administrative tasks as needed
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar administrative or accounting support role
- Strong organisational & multitasking skills
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Good command of office tools (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
Experience in the yachting industry is a strong advantage.
The job requires a valid work permit for France and living in Nice or surroundings is preferable.
