Department Overview
The Comptroller Global Financial Services (CGFS) Executive Office, Human Resources Division provides a full range of HR services to various CGFS Bureaus and Budget & Planning (BP) Departments to ensure effective recruitment and retention efforts that support a global workforce that advances the Bureau’s strategic goals.
CGFX/EX-HR is responsible for the following services and support:
Recruitment, Outreach and Workforce Planning
Position Management and Staffing
Awards Program
Performance Management
Employee and Labor Relations
Foreign Service Assignments and related tasks
Provides support for the Quality Management System (QMS)
Provide technical guidance on HR policy, procedures, guidelines, and adherence to policies
Minimum Requirements
Educational requirements – High School degree or equivalent
Administrative and/or Human Resource experience supporting a mid-to-large staff population
Superior experience with Microsoft Office software including: word-processing, spreadsheets, Power Point. and database management
Extensive customer service experience
Strong communication skills (oral and written)
Preferred Skills, but not Required
More than 5 years Administrative and/or Human Resource experience
Associates Degree or equivalent
Ability to work independently and autonomously
Experience writing policies, procedures, and guidance
Experience managing departmental and supervisor(s) calendars

Security Clearance Requirement
All contractors supporting this Department must be able to either possess or obtain a Secret security clearance.

Work Schedule
The employee will work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:15 am to 6:00 pm with a non-compensated 45-minute lunch. Additional hours may be required and must be authorized by your Project Manager and DoS Management. This position requires onsite office presence.
