Overview
Work closely with the Vice President of Service, Service Coordinator, and Estimators to ensure the growth and expansion of the Service Department with primary duties of dispatching technicians, processing paperwork, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Job Duties:

· Handling & receiving incoming calls for the operator/front desk and service department.

· Issuance of purchase orders for HVAC technicians and subcontractors.

· Tracking & recording truck inventory, refrigerants, and returnable gas tanks.

· Assisting project managers with coordination of manpower in jobs.

· Tracking ongoing subcontractors schedule to ensure accurate implementation of contract; water treatment, backflow, plumbing, generator, etc.

· Record submitted inspection reports in the database.

· Follow-up calls to customers on open quotes and customer service.

· Entering and filing bid bond request.

· Establishing new customer, vendor, and subcontractor accounts in the database.

· Preparing project labels and files.

· Assisting with bid submissions.

· Assisting other office staff as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
