About the Role
This is a key position within the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting different teams across Finance, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration and coordination, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Manage expenses, invoicing, petty cash, and provide payroll support
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office facilities
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and internal coordination
- Provide administrative support across teams and assist with ad-hoc projects
- Support general operational processes to ensure smooth workflow across the office
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in administration / office management
- Experience supporting finance processes (expenses, invoicing, payroll)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling confidential information
