Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Administrative Assistant at our Piraeus location. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls and emails, organizing files, and other clerical duties. The role also includes providing executive administrative assistance as needed.
Qualifications
Strong administrative assistance skills, including file management and office organization
Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in providing executive administrative assistance is a plus
Excellent clerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required
