We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support the daily operations of a growing sports ticket sales company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong interest in major league sports, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

Manage Slack channels and ensure work is being completed efficiently.

Assist with daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, both internally and externally.

Help track projects and deadlines to keep the team on track.

Support the development and maintenance of office processes.

Assist with recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Collaborate with team members in the U.S. and the Philippines to ensure smooth communication.

Prepare and share updates, announcements, and basic performance reports.

Help plan and organize team meetings, including tracking follow-up tasks.

Serve as a point of contact for office-related questions and requests.

Handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); willing to learn new systems.

A proactive attitude and ability to solve problems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Experience with Slack is a preferred.
