Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant is the key point of contact for our customers both in person and over the telephone. The Administrative Assistant provides excellent telephone etiquette and administrative support to the branch and the Operations Manager.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
Greet customers in a positive, professional manner.
Answer the switchboard for internal and external phone calls.
Page customers and Associates as needed.
Prepare and take deposits to the bank daily.
Balance cash drawers and replenish petty cash daily.
Post cash payments to the journal.
Create Positive Experiences:
Provide administrative support to the branch and the General Manager.
Foster Lifelong Learning:
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Exhibit Pioneering Spirit:
Identify and recommend process improvements for front desk operations.
Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School or Equivalent
1 year of equivalent experience.
Basic computer skills, including Google Docs, Gmail, Sheets, Slides
Valid Driver’s License
