Other tasks may include maintaining physical and digital filing systems, organizing documents, and creating reports.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Clerical Skills

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
