Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle meeting logistics
  • Respond to and resolve internal and external inquiries; escalate issues as needed
  • Prepare, maintain, and summarize confidential information for reports and projects
  • Update and maintain databases, files, and systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately
  • Organize records, correspondence, and follow‑up items for department leadership
  • Prepare documents and communications on behalf of supervisors
  • Support employee experience initiatives, including events and recognition
  • Coordinate with on‑site vendors and contractors (facilities, food services, etc.)

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Excellent planning, organization, and time‑management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postsecondary education
  • 3–5 years of professional experience
