Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle meeting logistics
- Respond to and resolve internal and external inquiries; escalate issues as needed
- Prepare, maintain, and summarize confidential information for reports and projects
- Update and maintain databases, files, and systems to ensure data accuracy
- Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately
- Organize records, correspondence, and follow‑up items for department leadership
- Prepare documents and communications on behalf of supervisors
- Support employee experience initiatives, including events and recognition
- Coordinate with on‑site vendors and contractors (facilities, food services, etc.)
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
- Excellent planning, organization, and time‑management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and result-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Postsecondary education
- 3–5 years of professional experience
