Role Description
This is a full-time Administrative Assistant position located on-site in Greater St. Louis. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing administrative duties, maintaining records, answering phone calls with professionalism, scheduling appointments, supporting executives with organizational tasks, and performing clerical operations efficiently. The role requires an individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and supporting leadership-level professionals.
- Excellent organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in administration is a plus.
