🚨 We’re Hiring: Administrative Assistant

📍 Location: Morristown, NJ (07960)

Shift- 8 am to 4 PM Monday to Friday

3 months of Contract with possible Extensions

Pay- $20 to $22/hr on W2

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our department leadership and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you thrive on multitasking, attention to detail, and delivering excellent support—this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to department leadership
  • Manage calendars, phones, and daily scheduling
  • Organize meetings, events, and appointments
  • Maintain records, files, and internal documentation
  • Order and track supplies and materials
  • Prepare and distribute reports, newsletters, agendas, and meeting minutes
  • Create presentations using PowerPoint and manage data in Excel
  • Support Total Rewards/HR team initiatives
  • Handle correspondence and resolve requests efficiently
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a customer-first approach

💼 Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (Highly Desired)
  • Prior administrative experience (Highly Desired)

🎓 Education:

  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • College Degree (Preferred)
