Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Taguig. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, handle communication on behalf of the team, maintain records, and ensure smooth office operations. The role involves providing executive support and engaging with clients and team members to facilitate an organized and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and maintaining office systems
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with team members, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and providing high-level support
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Organization skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
