We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring our daily administrative activities run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments

Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and correspondence

Assist with data entry, filing systems, and record-keeping

Support internal teams with clerical tasks and coordination

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and arrange travel when needed

Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred

Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
