We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in North York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. You will assist in a variety of tasks, including managing communications, scheduling meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Your role will be vital in helping our team deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and financial data

Assist with the preparation and processing of client documents and forms

Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the financial services industry

Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software
