We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Harwich, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position with great potential for growth for the right candidate. You will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications for accurate and efficient data entry.
• Maintain the organization of office materials and supplies to support daily operations.
• Assist with receptionist duties, ensuring a welcoming and attentive environment for visitors.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members to streamline administrative processes.
• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism.
• Ability to work fully onsite during standard business hours.
