Role Description

This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Marlboro, NJ. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, report preparation, and maintaining organized records. The role will require correspondence handling, effective communication with team members, answering and directing calls with professional phone etiquette, and providing support to leadership with executive administrative duties.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including the ability to organize and manage schedules, records, and documentation.
  • Exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally interact with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and providing direct support to senior staff.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative functions are a plus.
