PT Amytang Konsultan Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Administrative Assistant to support our client service operations, particularly in regulatory and corporate administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage BPJS registration and administration (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for clients
- Handle LKPM reporting and ensure compliance with investment reporting requirements
- Coordinate and process bank account openings for client entities
- Liaise with public notaries for preparation and execution of notarial deeds
- Support documentation, submission, and follow-up with relevant government institutions
- Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of all administrative documents
- Assist in client communication and coordination with internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma degree in Management, Accounting, Law, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in administrative or corporate environment
- Familiar with BPJS procedures, LKPM reporting, and company setup processes
- Experience coordinating with notary/public notary is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
