PT Amytang Konsultan Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Administrative Assistant to support our client service operations, particularly in regulatory and corporate administrative matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage BPJS registration and administration (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) for clients
  • Handle LKPM reporting and ensure compliance with investment reporting requirements
  • Coordinate and process bank account openings for client entities
  • Liaise with public notaries for preparation and execution of notarial deeds
  • Support documentation, submission, and follow-up with relevant government institutions
  • Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy of all administrative documents
  • Assist in client communication and coordination with internal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Management, Accounting, Law, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative or corporate environment
  • Familiar with BPJS procedures, LKPM reporting, and company setup processes
  • Experience coordinating with notary/public notary is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
