Job Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support both our sales team and executive leadership.
This role is operationally focused and requires someone who can manage administrative workflows, maintain internal systems, assist account managers, and support leadership tasks — all while staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
This is not an entry-level receptionist role. This position requires initiative, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Account Managers and Executives with daily updates in CRM and Account Management software.
- Maintaining internal tracking systems for client refunds, prescription clarifications, and reshipments.
- Update and maintain internal drive organization (licenses, documents, compliance folders)
- Assist in preparing reports and other metrics.
- Create new client accounts for Account Managers
- Submit credit requests to BoomRx support
- Process pricing adjustments within the BoomRx portal
Executive Support
- Order and pick up office supplies and snacks
- Submit receipt and expense reimbursements
- Assist with delegation and internal coordination
- Support high-level operational tasks as needed
- Assist with lead generation and prospecting by cross checking internal systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative or office management experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple systems and software platforms
- Tech savvy and comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and tracking tools
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven office
Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical operations, or sales support is a plus but not required
