About us:
Headwear Canada is a leading importer and wholesaler of caps and toques. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our small, dynamic team at our Mississauga office.
About the role:
This role is a blend of warehouse support and administrative duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work. Responsibilities include:
1. Warehouse Support:
Picking, packing, and arranging the dispatch of orders.
Unloading containers and maintaining an organized warehouse.
Performing general warehouse duties as required.
2. Administrative Assistance:
Processing and coordinating orders with clients, including communication with domestic decorators.
Managing logistics and shipping arrangements.
Providing general office and administrative support.
What we’re looking for:
No prior experience is necessary – we provide full on-the-job training. However, the ideal candidate should have:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A driver’s license (preferred but not required).
Experience with Xero, Illustrator, or Photoshop (a plus but not mandatory).
Previous office or administrative experience (preferred but not required).
