Job Overview:
Attract new clients to the company and manage MNU´s commercial relationships, advise clients on the purchase of products. Seeks to recover clients and provide timely and appropriate follow-up.
As a regular, full-time employee of New Marble Unlimited Inc you will be expected to work during the hours of 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month from 09:00 to 14:00.
RELEVANT FUNCTIONS:
Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls, get client’s information in order to assign them to the correct sales rep
Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude, offering them a water/coffee and wait for a sales rep
Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
Announcing clients as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Preparing meeting and training rooms
Receive clients and assign them to their sales rep or if it is a new client, assign them to the correct available sales rep
Be in constant awareness of clean bathrooms, reception area, and office supplies needed(paper, ink, coffee, cookies,)
Coordinate cleaning services with the oursourcing company
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries/samples shipments from sales reps
Our Current location is: 14554 Keswick St, Van Nuys, CA 91405
But we are moving to: 9450 Chivers Ave, Sun Valley, CA 91352, in about 3 months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
