What you’ll be doing…
Provides administrative support for Global Customer Operations, specifically the Public Sector team. Perform a variety of clerical duties including scheduling meetings on behalf of senior leadership, preparing correspondence using various software platforms, fulfilling purchase requests, and assisting with the logistical needs of the department. Partner with VP engagement hub leaders serving as Engagement Hub Champion. Performs other duties as assigned.
Provide support to VP and Directors to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Serve as Engagement Hub champion for the Boston hub.
Provide support for the local team including greeting visitors.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Screening and prioritizing communications, both external and internal.
Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents.
Attend meetings and record meeting discussions.
Handle vendor invoices through purchase order processing and reconciliation.
Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare and submit expense reports.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Find new ways to increase office efficiency and innovative ways to support the teams other duties as assigned.

You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
Administrative assistant experience.
Great Microsoft Office Suite skills.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A degree.
Juggled multiple high priority projects.
Supported a team for their administrative needs.
Demonstrated ability to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Where you’ll be working
In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and a minimum eight assigned office days per month that will be set by your manager.

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $71,500.00 – $128,000.00.
