Position Overview
Construction is growing, we have several Administrative and Project Support openings with Construction companies in San Diego! Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Construction Admin Assistant to join an organization in central San Diego. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in supporting the construction industry and providing top-notch administrative support.
Open positions include:
Receptionist, Clairemont
Project Coordinator, Scripps Ranch
Administrative Assistant, Carmel Valley
Responsibilities
Support the team in the construction industry by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.
Answer phones, greet guests, and respond to vendor inquiries to maintain effective communication channels.
Assist in organizing projects and updating the status to the team to ensure timely completion and coordination.
Help with data entry of payroll, including some certified payroll projects, to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will consider industry experience
Construction industry experience
2+ years administrative / reception experience in an office environment
Immediate availability
Required Work Hours
Onsite, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Some flexibility if prefer 7am – 4pm etc
Benefits
