Job Summary:

Provide daily administrative support to the executive team.
Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and review mail.
Make travel arrangements and organize itineraries for the executive staff.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Supervise and support staff in the executive office as needed.
Business School education or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Schedule+).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Basic office equipment operation skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Capacity to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
