A Day in the Life:

As an Office Assistant you will report to our Vice President who will assist in your training and be available to answer day-to-day questions and concerns. You will work to ensure our front office runs smoothly, having a direct effect on how our customers view us as an organization. Your efforts will be both internal and externally focused.

Your typical day may consist of the following:

Actively use Quickbooks regularly to perform various functions like invoicing, bill payment, cash receipts and past due collections.
Sending monthly statements via email and USPS.
Effectively use Windows, GMail, G-Suite, and similar PC applications.
Answering phones and assisting customers in a professional manner.
Handling credit card and cash payments.
Assisting with bi-weekly payroll.
All and any other tasks as assigned.

Pay: Very competitive based on experience
Schedule: 8 hour shift / Monday through Friday (no weekends)
Supplemental Pay: Bonus eligible

Experience: Quickbooks knowledge is required
Education: High School or Equivalent

Sit at a workstation for extended periods of time
Practical knowledge of standard office duties
Proficient with technology such as computer, email, internet, and telephone
Strong communication skills both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
