Construction Project – Administrative Assistant
Pearl Properties, a luxury apartment developer based in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, is seeking a Construction Project Administrative Assistant to join our construction team which oversees the construction of high-rise buildings. We oversee the construction management process “in-house,” and leave our Property Management Team with a best-in-class finished product to manage for years to come. As Construction Project Administrative Assistant, you will support our construction team with various administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain meticulous organization and records of meetings, permitting, bids, approvals, logs, etc.
Ensure tasks are completed on a tight schedule, following up with multiple parties as needed.
Communicate with contractors to obtain and review proposals
Answer phones, email, take messages, and follow-up as needed
Qualifications:
A meticulous eye for detail
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
A tough, can-do attitude and the ability to work with a diverse range of personalities
Effective and adaptable communication skills
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Familiarity with Center City, Philadelphia
Flexibility to provide support beyond standard business hours, including occasional availability for urgent needs.
Additional Details
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000.00
