The Corporate Office is looking for a Conflicts Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Run conflict checks
  • Summarize client guideline
  • Organize and process attorney registrations
  • Assist with ordering supplies, running reports, etc.
  • Oversight with the internal helpdesk
  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as requested

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred. 
  • 1 year of experience in a law firm setting required; 3 years of experience in a law firm setting preferred. 
  • Prior experience running conflicts in a law firm preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred. 
  • Must be a self-motivated independent thinker with excellent time management skills, strong organizational skills, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.

This is a remote position. Work schedule is 8am-5pm EST but may require evenings and weekends as needed. 

The salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 and represents C&W’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, included but not limited to experience and qualifications.
