We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to lead our administrative staff. You’ll be in charge of overseeing office operations, streamlining systems, and ensuring our administrative support accurately follows office policies. Compensation:

$62,500 – $75,000

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management

Deliberately and directly oversee Office operations and Office staff, and ensure everyone works as effectively as possible
Be involved in team decisions and hiring, training or firing Office staff in their division. Hold monthly 1-2-1s and quarterly KRA meetings with team members for accountability and development
Complete quarterly Professional Development Plans with each of your direct reports
Ensure route value and profitability in cooperation with sales, admin and upper management. Ensure quality of internal operations
Delegate appropriate tasks to CSR leads
Maintain Community Relations, liaison to key accounts

Training and Development

Make recommendations about training and personnel needs, equipment purchases, and customer service objectives
Design and execute training workshops and Office training that engages the learner with interactive, participant-focused training practices with an emphasis on Pest Control Techniques
Update and maintain standard operating procedures in accordance with company requirements. Review annually
Ensure CSRs are developing and moving through proficiency charts. Identifying opportunities for continued education
Commit to continued professional and personal development and maintain knowledge of relevant trends about pest control/management.

Quality Control and Technical Support

Quality Control Process
Review jobs to ensure CSRs are inputting jobs correctly
Keep an inventory of office supplies on hand and collaborate with the team to order supplies as needed

Qualifications:
Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office
Over 2 years of prior management experience or similar work experience in an office environment
Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
