Job Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for selling rooms, making reservations, greeting guests, checking guests in and out of the hotel, providing outstanding customer service, posting charges to guest accounts, collecting payments and balancing shift work each day.

Enjoy working with the public and be comfortable interacting with many people throughout the day.
Sell, register, and assign rooms to guests.
Provide outstanding service to guests and positive interactions with co-workers.
Be able to multi-task between assisting guests in person, answering phones, and performing a multitude of duties as the need arises.
Have quick problem solving skills – be able to think on your feet.
Provide attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
Maximize room revenue and occupancy.
Basic accounting knowledge and computer skills required.
Other duties as assigned.
This is a part time position and is for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m shifts Monday – Wednesday. Applicants must be able to work weekends. PTO Plan, Simple IRA with Match, Medical, Life, Dental & Vision available.
