Administrative Assistant, Customer Service Jobs in Wellington, KS at AAR Corp.
Individual should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask, maintain professionalism, manage schedules, and meet changing deadlines is essential.
Must be able to accurately load and process paperwork in a timely manner.
Manage, load, verifying correctness of credits and reconcile as directed.
Aid sales in the preparation for vehicle delivery.
Assist in audits by providing information to the in house floor plan liaisons.
Process adjustments as needed.
Filing and organization skills are required.
Other administrative tasks such as answering calls, texts, and emails; providing support for other staff as needed.
Qualifications include:
Notary work preferred (will train the right person)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role, as well as strong customer service background.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently or within a group.
Proficient computer skills (MicroSoft products, primarily Outlook & excel and Dealer Management System) and ability to operate general office equipment.
