What You Will Do

You will support day-to-day operations by maintaining organized processes, accurate records, and effective administrative workflows

  • Maintain and organize project files and documentation
  • Keep systems updated with accurate data and project details
  • Track document revisions, deadlines, and status updates
  • Review files for accuracy and completeness
  • Support preparation of project deliverables
  • Perform data entry and system updates (ERP or similar)
  • Provide general office support:
  • Email and phone communication
  • Daily administrative coordination

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years in administrative support, data entry, or office coordination
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort with repetitive, process-driven tasks
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineering environments
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or project-based documentation

Compensation & Benefits

  • $18–$21/hour (based on experience)
