Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our dental front desk area. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to ensure smooth office functioning. Must be a “people person” as you’ll be the first face patients see as they enter the practice!

Responsibilities:
– Manage and supervise front desk operations, including reception and scheduling
– Coordinate insurance verification
– Oversee the posting of personal and insurance payments and overall office collections
– Assist in treatment coordination
– Utilize Eaglesoft practice management software for efficient workflow
– Maintain phone systems and greet visitors in a professional manner

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in office management or similar role is a plus, but we are willing to train
– Experience with Eaglesoft, not required but is a plus
– Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
