Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk Jobs in Cooper City, FL at JAG Aero Solutions
Manage and maintain all existing and prospective corporate house accounts with excellent customer service, as well as provide administrative support for the Sales and Marketing team with the administrative duties that are required on a day-to-day basis.
Assist with answering customer calls and sales inquiries for corporate house accounts in an efficient and courteous manner
Provide administrative support for the sales department
Maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles, service proposals and updates
Assist with data entry in a timely manner (entering within deadlines)
Attend trade shows and marketing events, etc.as needed
Creation of outgoing marketing literature such as flyers or incentives
Abilities required
The Customer Service Administrator should have exceptional communication skills and customer focus. Proficient in database management, efficient, detail oriented, have Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), works both self-sufficiently and as a team member; have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Customer Service Administrator will have previous customer service experience. Ideal candidate will have basic PC skills, basic math skills, strong analytical capability, conflict resolution skills, the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, strong verbal and written communication skills.
