Adminstrative Assistant and Scheduling Coordinator

Responsibilities include:
– Answer and manage incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

-Perform light bookkeeping and data entry into Quickbooks accounting software.

-Manage inventory of office and workplace supplies and place orders as needed.

-Provide administrative support to team and serve as point of contact between management, employees, customers and vendors.

– Maintain tidy and organized office environment.

Skills and Qualifications

– High School diploma/GED, additional education a plus.

– Previous experience as an administrative professional, assistant or similar role.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bi-lingual a plus.

– Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability.

– Attention to detail and problem solving skills

– Customer focused, customer service skills, must be friendly and professional.

-Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

– Ability to operate office equipment, printers, scanners, computers, etc.

– Must be able to handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
