Location: Atlanta, GA On-site (5 days a week)
Manages the maintenance of office and equipment. Responsible for the mail, office supplies, and facilities. The Facilities Administrator will be the key contact for facilities for the Atlanta employee office.
Responsibilities –

Office Management
Oversee the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment as well as layout, arrangement and housekeeping of office facilities. Attain quotes for work that is requested from Management and submit maintenance requests.
Coordinates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc. for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
Liaise with the Office Management Company for the facilities day-to-day operations such as recycling, lighting, HVAC, and general repairs.
Maintain floor maps that accurately reflect employee seating assignments, location of office printers and fax machines, safety and emergency supplies, etc.
Utilizes interpersonal facilitation skills to ensure positive employee and customer experiences.
Maintain and stock all the break rooms and common areas.
Manages on and off-site storage.
Maintains building safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees that meet the regulations of all OSHA, NFPA, FDA, local and state laws.
Serves as facility Safety and Emergency Response Team Leader and Emergency Response Coordinator. Ensures office safety procedures in company Injury and Illness Prevention Program are followed, including emergency preparedness, monthly safety inspections, semi-annual evacuation drills, etc.
Manages the Workers Compensation and OSHA programs to include submission of claims.
Manage the mailroom and distribution of mail.
Maintains office security access system and ensures all company security procedures are followed.
Working with IT to maintain conference rooms usable from an A/V & connectivity perspective
Handle any Copier or printing issues when they arise
Be the liaison for Public transit / building shuttle / parking issues when they arise
Handling insurance Certificate of Insurance’s
Ensuring offices have Certificate of Occupancy’s, business licenses from the proper government agencies
Provides employees with the appropriate tools (office supplies, building access cards, etc.) to perform.
Energy & Sustainability Reporting: Point of Contact for the collation of energy and waste use as part of ‘Science Based Target (SBT’s) Reporting’
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications –
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proven experience in office management or facilities management
Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills.
Negotiation experience required.
Familiar with local building, county and state codes and OSHA regulations.
Promote and support a TEAM environment.
Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Well-developed presentation skills.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
