Job Description

We are a construction, design, and estate management company that serves the luxury private and commercial sectors. Our projects span across South Florida with services including planning, design, construction, consulting, and management. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the office! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to keep multiple projects moving forward on time and without error.

This includes communicating daily with other companies, clients, building officials, architects, and engineers to ensure tasks are completed as quickly as possible. Attention to detail is paramount, and the nature of our work is complex. We’re looking for someone who can handle multiple projects and tasks  can view our company’s site here:

Responsibilities:

Daily correspondences with multiple parties and vendors

Plan and schedule appointments and events

Greet and assist office guests

Answer inbound telephone calls

Implement organized filing systems

Create invoices, proposals, and contracts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, construction, or design related experience

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
