We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and personable Showroom Manager to be the face of our company and ensure the smooth, daily operation of our showroom and office.

Role Overview:
As the Showroom Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors—making a lasting impression while ensuring operations run smoothly. This multifaceted role combines administrative support, customer service, office and showroom management, and coordination with design, sales, production, and accounting teams.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

Provide general office support: answering phones, handling correspondence and emails.
Manage the owner’s calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and ensure efficient daily operations.
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
Assist with travel arrangements and meeting planning.
Perform light A/P and A/R tasks using QuickBooks.

Technology & Office Operations

Maintain printer supplies and coordinate basic troubleshooting.
Serve as liaison with IT consultants and track technology issues.
Provide weekly status reports to ensure progress on tech initiatives.

Customer Service

Greet visitors and respond to client inquiries in a professional, friendly manner.
Provide basic information about our services and products.
Maintain and organize up-to-date product literature for client use.

Showroom & Office Management

Oversee cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the showroom and office.
Manage supplies, groceries, restocking, and facility maintenance.
Organize and maintain sample materials and showroom displays.
Coordinate updates to the showroom aesthetic and layout.
Track and manage the office G&A budget and reporting.

Procurement & Logistics

Work with the Sales & Design team to identify and manage material samples and vendor offerings.
Source new vendors and nurture vendor relationships.
Oversee order placement, tracking, inventory, and delivery coordination for project materials.
Address any delivery delays, damages, or returns in coordination with accounting.

Team & Project Support

Enter and track new leads in Co-Construct, our POS systems.
Act as a communication bridge between office, design, and production teams.
Help manage project timelines, appointments, permits, inspections, and material logistics.
Coordinate countertop templates, shower door measurements, and installations.
Manage a shared calendar for all internal and client-facing appointments.
Work with all departments to ensure projects stay on budget and on track.

Event & Meeting Coordination

Plan and coordinate internal meetings, staff celebrations, and showroom events.
Maintain up-to-date birthday lists and contact directories.
Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up and equipped.

Additional Duties

Accurately enter time in Co-Construct.
Support company events and perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in office or showroom management, preferably in a design/build environment.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Co-Construct (or similar CRM/project management tools), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
