Administrative Assistant

As a growing hospitality supply company that sells linen and other necessary items to hotels, resorts, individuals, etc. throughout the US and other countries, American Hospitality Supply has prided itself on providing excellent customer service to a wide variety of consumers. Continued expansion has allowed us to grow each year and offer new job opportunities. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Applicants must be detail focused, excel in time management, and have effective communication skills. Duties include phone reception, assisting sales representatives with tracking information and other knowledge to assist them with their accounts, entering vendor bills, and ensuring paperwork is accurately managed. However, flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when needed, is vital. Ideally, an applicant should be a fast learner who can adapt and evolve as the company does.

Ability to field calls to the correct party and assist with customer service

Accountability and discretion

Operate office equipment including personal computers, copiers

Effective in interaction with co-workers and customers using professionalism

Attention to detail

Ability to commute to the office

Previous receptionist experience

Proficiency with Quickbooks / Outlook / Excel / Teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
