Duties:

– Manage the company calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring all events are accurately reflected in Outlook.
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients and guests at the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
– Transcribe meetings, reports, and other documents, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
– Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations, utilizing software such as QuickBooks and DocuSign.

Duties:

– Manage the company calendar, scheduling and appointments.
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients and checking in at the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
– Transcribe clinical notes.
– Prepare treatment rooms with appropriate supplies and cleaning before and after each patient.
– Offer administrative support to the management team, performing tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
– Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to daily and weekly cleaning procedures.
– Develop strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
– Provide a personal assistant role to senior management, ensuring that their schedules and tasks are managed efficiently.

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent required.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
