Administrative Assistants for the Summer Youth Music School assist with daily activities of the camp as directed by the SYMS Camp Director, Assistant Director, and Program Assistant.
Duties/Responsibilities
Assist Administratively (100%)
Perform administrative tasks for SYMS as directed. These tasks include:
Assisting the camper check-in to dormitories
Scheduling auditions, preparing class registration materials
Concert ushering
Live-streaming performance
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Qualifications :
An undergraduate degree in music or an equivalent level of experience participating in music ensembles at the collegiate level
