Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as needed.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.
Property site visits required (mileage is reimbursed)
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members.
Perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Utilize computerized systems for tracking office activities and managing inventory of supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Act as a personal assistant to management when required, handling tasks that enhance productivity.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with customer service best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications.
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer support and satisfaction.
