We’re looking for a motivated and well-organised Administrative Assistant to support administrative and organisational tasks across our revenue organisation.

You’ll work closely with the CRO and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, mainly providing administrative and organisational support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a development-focused role with room to grow as the organisation scales.

# Your Tasks

Administrative & Organisational Support

  • Support calendar coordination and meeting scheduling for the CRO
  • Prepare briefings, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate communication between the CRO, revenue teams, customers, and partners
  • Handle confidential information with care and professionalism

Operational Support

  • Support tracking of key KPIs across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; assist with quarterly business reviews and board-level reporting
  • Support the organisation of recurring meetings and internal reviews
  • Help track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across the revenue team
  • Provide general administrative support for ongoing initiatives

Team & Collaboration Support

  • Support onboarding activities for new team members
  • Help coordinate internal meetings and workshops
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for organisational topics within the revenue team

# Your Profile

  • First experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (internships or working student experience welcome)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong command of English required; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
  • Interest in working in a tech / SaaS environment
  • A structured, reliable working style and a positive, hands-on attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
