Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
Provide support to other departments as needed
Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative or office experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with project management tools or CRM software
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or data entry
Previous experience in [industry, e.g., healthcare, legal, education, etc.]
