Position Summary:

As the home health administrator, you are responsible for the overall administration and management of the home health agency. Your duties include:

Overseeing all operations to ensure the agency is functioning efficiently and providing high-quality care to clients.
Developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures for areas like staff recruitment, scheduling, training, compliance, and performance appraisals.
Creating and managing budgets, conducting financial planning, and ensuring adequate funding for the operation.
Building relationships with external partners such as healthcare facilities, community organizations, and insurance providers.
Ensuring the agency meets all licensing, accreditation, and compliance standards set by state and federal regulatory bodies.
Monitoring client satisfaction and service quality by reviewing feedback and performance metrics. Addressing any issues to improve care.
Managing a team of administrative staff including office assistants, billing specialists, and intake coordinators. Providing leadership and guidance to ensure maximum productivity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in healthcare administration, business management, budgeting, and leadership. A bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration, or a related field is typically required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
