The RoleAs anAdministrativeAssistant, you will be responsible for the timely distribution of HMO cards and responses to other non-medical inquiries. In charge of the safekeeping and inventory of Employee Relations, Wellness and Experience (ERWEX) supplies and other equipment, including Wellness’ medicines. Monitors attendance of employees in Wellness events. Provides logistical and clerical support in the implementation of Department initiatives, and special projects of the Department.Employment duration is 1 year.
How You’ll Contribute
Facilitates timely dispatch of the following:
HMO cards for newly enrolled employees and dependents, and requests for HMO card replacements
Hard copy of memos via LBC and registered mail
Encodes new entries and updates in database such as but not limited to:
HMO cards monitoring
Gym attendance
Annual Physical Exam results monitoring
Safety Officer and First Aid training
Prepares inventory of office supplies and medicines
Assists in Wellness activities such as but not limited to Flu Vaccination, Blood Donation, Annual Physical Exam, Random Drug Testing, Wellness Webinars, and Health & Wellness Fairs, and keeps track of employee attendance in Wellness events.
Prepares the labeling and monitoring of ERWEX documents to be transferred and stored in the warehouse.
Safekeeps Department equipment such as LCD projector, extension cords, and pull-up banner stand; monitors borrower’s form from requesting Units.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business courses, Human Resources Management or any related field
With average communication skills
Able to handle different types of people across the organization
Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
Detail oriented; highly organized
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
