We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Service Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including invoicing, time recording for service laborers, and communicating with customers to schedule service repair jobs. The ideal candidate will have strong computer, phone, and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and a strong ability to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Invoicing for services rendered and maintaining accurate records.
Time tracking and record-keeping for service laborers.
Performing basic accounting duties.
Ensuring smooth communication between the service team and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficient in computer applications and general administrative tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
A positive attitude, energetic approach, and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar administrative or service coordination role is a plus.
