Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in various software applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties

Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.
Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record-keeping.
Handle incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing customer support inquiries promptly.
Assist with office organization and maintenance of supplies to ensure a productive work environment.
Support personal assistant duties as required, contributing to the team’s overall efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong calendar management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities to manage files and documents efficiently.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
